The boring-but-important stuff, written in plain language so you can actually understand it.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dropshot application for iOS and macOS. By downloading or using Dropshot, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Dropshot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You can use Dropshot to organize, tag, and manage your screenshots however you like.
You retain full ownership of all screenshots, images, tags, and albums you create within Dropshot. We do not claim any rights over your content. Since everything is stored locally on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account, we never have access to your content in the first place.
Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. Don't attempt to extract source code, modify the app, or create derivative works based on it. Don't use Dropshot for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the app.
Dropshot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the app reliable, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including screenshots that may be deleted through use of the app's features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Dropshot team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Dropshot after changes means you accept the new terms. If you have questions, reach out at support@thedropshotapp.com.
